The bracelet and charm are simple and understated by design. The design is meant to be something that will appeal to everyone no matter where they wear it. It looks looks great anywhere. Can be worn dressed up or worn more casually.
The sterling charm and bracelet will last a lifetime. All of our items will only be solid sterling silver. The resin color is as close to ceramic hardness as you can get.
Without getting too technical, it is made of a two part resin that is then heat cured. A stone is then used to remove excess resin from the top of the pendant. From there it goes from sanding with 220 grit up to 2000 grit. This leaves a beautiful satin finish. A drop of mineral oil and a quick buffing by hand and the color just pops! Resin, especially soft resin has a plastic look to it. Not so with this hard resin enamel. The satin finish also gives it a unique look.
* Sizing information. This bracelet is about 7 3/4 inches long. There are four unsoldered silver jump rings behind the bar side of the clasp. Three of these can be removed to make the bracelet shorter. Included in your gift box are 4 additional silver jump rings to increase the length of the bracelet if needed. You can look at the photo and see the links are similar in size to the bracelet's main links to blend in as seamlessly as possible. Any jeweler will be able to increase or decrease the length in a matter of minutes with nothing more than a couple of pairs of pliers.
The length of a toggle clasp bracelet needs to be slightly longer that a lobster one because you need the extra length to insert the bar side of the clasp up into the circle part. A toggle bracelet is a looser fit overall.
The charm is about 15mm, or slightly smaller in diameter than a US dime. The back of the pendant has our company name "enso" on it. Over 30+ colors to chose from.
Your order(s) will come in a embossed faux suede envelope inside a paper slide out style gift box with the company name on it. There will also be a vellum envelope with a card explaining the meaning of our company, a small polishing cloth and extra silver jump rings for bracelets. No jump rings included for necklaces.

Sizing details
Our sizes for necklaces are 16 inch and 18 inches. Both sizes will lay differently on each person depending on their individual body size. The best way to see which will be best for you is to use a piece of string cut to the length you are considering. Pull slightly down on it in the front to simulate the weight of a pendent.
Bracelet will run around 7 1/4 - 7 3/4 inches long. The toggle clasp bracelet will run slightly longer. Bracelets can be shortened by removing some designated links or made longer by inserting additional links that are provided. Any jeweler can do this quickly.
Rings will come in a variety of sizes. Please refer to the individual listing for sizes.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Jewelry will come with a nice drawer style jewelry box. Please refer to the listing as some may include other packaging. Any questions about packaging, feel free to reach out to me.

Care instructions
Our glass enamel pendants are made from real glass fused to copper or silver. Some extra care is needed to make sure they last a long time.
The sterling pendant and bracelet charms with resin enamel are very durable.
As with any jewelry, you should try not to get lotions, perfume, or other products on it. Keep it out of saltwater or a pool too.
Resin should also not be left in a high UV environment. As with any pigment, UV can effect the color.
If you want a shinny finish a light buffing with a polishing cloth should be fine. A dip in tarnish remover is also a great way to remove tarnish with out changing the surface of the metal, like with satin or matte surfaces.

Returns are excepted on items that have not been custom made.
If purchasing pre-made jewelry, that would be returnable. If having a custom pendant necklace make in the colors of your choice, this would not be returnable.
Cancellations are accepted, but must be received with in two days of ordering. I will start making your order after the two days with no message.

You seem to have a website and an Etsy store. Why is that?
I am trying out Etsy's Pattern stand alone ecommerce website to see how well it works. This is either something I will keep or may just use Etsy as my only site. Ensoenamels.com is the other site and will have the same items as the Etsy store. It's not fake or a scam, just me trying out different outlets to see which people prefer.
